Organic The Big Sleep

I discovered this tea by accident and so pleased I did. I have major trouble sleeping and when I do actually nod off, staying asleep is a task in itself with being up several times during the night like a yoyo!! When I have had a cup (or two - as the taste is just lovely), I have the best nights sleep. I don't get up (OK maybe once) during the night and I feel so fresh in the morning. I just seem to fall asleep and dream away so peacefully. Definitely recommend. Buying more (several packs as don't want to run out) as only have one teabag left!!

I bought this tea without paying much attention to it really because camomile tea is a staple in my cabinet. But had to take a good look at the livery morning after the the first night I had a cup of this amazing organic brew! I took it about 3 nights apart the first one just to be sure it wasn't a fluke and gosh did I get a good sleep👍🏽.
My observation: It doesn't necessarily make you sleepy, but whenever you get into bed you really do get to sleep deep and feel well rested in the morning.
